| 1. How
will our relationship work?

We will gladly offer you a free
estimate. If your service will be
ongoing, we do require an agreement for
a minimum of four sessions for you to
take advantage of ongoing service
discount prices. References are
available for your verification
purposes.

| 2. What
will Nancy's Residential Services do in
my home? |
Our service
includes dusting baseboards, pictures,
lampshades, knick-knacks, window sills,
furniture, and basic light fixtures, and
vacuuming throughout. Cupboard fronts
are spot-cleaned, floors are washed, and
the kitchen and bathrooms are cleaned.
We will try our best to accommodate all
your reasonable routine general cleaning
needs.

| 3. At what
time will you be at my home?
|
Our normal work
days are Monday through Friday, 9:00
a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We will assign you a
mutually satisfactory day and a morning
or afternoon cleaning session. Normally,
we will always be there at the same
time.

| 4. Do I
have to do anything before the cleaning?
|
In order to
give you the greatest value, we ask you
to take a few minutes the night before
to pick up clothing, toys and other
household items.
|
| 5. What if
something is damaged when my home is
cleaned? |
We treat your
home with the greatest care; however,
should damage or breakage occur while we
are cleaning your home, we will make
every effort to have the item repaired,
or replaced if it cannot be repaired.
Insurance claims will be filed when
necessary.

| 6. Am I
potentially liable for worker's
compensation insurance or taxes?
|
Many homeowners
are not aware of their potential
personal liability for work-related
injury and social security taxes for
independent home-service workers. Don't
worry. Nancy's Residential Services is a
business and therefore relieves you of
insurance and or tax liability
|
| 7. Do I
need to provide any supplies or
equipment? |
For your
convenience, equipment and normal
supplies are provided. We do ask you
leave one full roll of paper towels We
would be pleased to accommodate you
should you wish us to use your own
preferred supplies.

| 8. Do I
have to be home when the cleaning
technician comes? |
Most of our
customers are not. For security, only
the professional who clean your home
have access to the keys. For added
security, keys are coded individually
and cross-referenced separately. If you
choose not to provide a key and we are
unable to access your home for a
scheduled cleaning, you will incur a
lock-out charge.

| 9. What if
my cleaning falls on a holiday?
|
If your
scheduled cleaning falls on the
observance of a major holiday we will
contact you to reschedule your service.
|
| 10. What
if I need to change the scheduled
cleaning? |
| Just give us a
call up to 72 hours in advance!
